Insurance Accepted

The following insurance companies are accepted:  * Medicare & BCBS of Michigan (I do not accept Blue Care Network or Blue Care Complete at this time). It is your responsibility to verify with your insurance company if they participate with Leighton’s Light PLLC. I do not verify insurance acceptance or co-pays prior to your session, this is your responsibility. 

Fee for service

Private Pay is $120.00 for a 50 minute session. Price may increase for out of office sessions or longer sessions.   

Co-pays/deductibles/co-insurances will be based on your approved insurance and will be your responsibility to determine through your insurance company. Call the number on the back of your insurance card for assistance. 

Accept: credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks.
